9. Return Conditions and Returns

9a. Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging as provided by Druzy Drip. The items must be complete, including any accessories or accompanying information as supplied by Druzy Drip.

As the products offered by Druzy Drip largely consist of natural products (such as crystals, minerals and natural stone), slight variations in color, shape, structure and finish may occur. Such natural characteristics are not considered defects and do not constitute a valid reason for return.

Personalized or custom-selected items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Druzy Drip reserves the right to refuse returned items that do not meet the return conditions. Returns must be registered and shipped within 14 days of receipt.

If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, the return costs will be borne by Druzy Drip. In such cases, a return label provided by Druzy Drip may be used. When the return label is used for reasons other than a defect or incorrect delivery, the costs of the return label will be borne by the consumer.

9b. Returns

If a consumer wishes to return an item that does not meet the return conditions, Druzy Drip reserves the right to refuse the return. Examples of situations in which a return may be refused include, but are not limited to: damaged or used items, incomplete returns, and items that are not returned in their original packaging. In such cases, Druzy Drip will inform the consumer and the item may, if desired, be returned to the consumer at the consumer’s expense.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to carefully package the return shipment in order to prevent damage during transport. Druzy Drip is not liable for damage incurred during return shipment.

Upon acceptance of a return, Druzy Drip will refund the full or partial purchase amount within 10 business days via the payment method used by the consumer.
